When we press the brake,the pressre could only be passed by brake fluid.Hence,it requires that the brake fluid have to be heat resistant,that means high boiling poiont and will not boiloff.On the other hand,the brake fluid also has to be cold-resistant,so that to ensure it will not freeze under cold weather.As a result,the national mandatory standards stipulate that the boiling point of brake fluid must be no lower that 205 C and freezing point must reach -40 C.Therefore,moisture content is the only standard to test quality of brake fluid.Overproof moisture contend of the brake fluid will cause abnormity of brake system which will result in irreparable damage.

 

1. Clean two electric poles of the test bar head, and put it into new break fluid or dry air.

2. Press and hold the RUN button, use a straight headed screwdriver to adjust the reset screw clockwise until the second status indicator light up, and then turn anti-clockwise until it goes out.

3. Dip the test bar head into the break fluid tank 2cm deep and press the RUN button, judge the condition of break fluid according to the diagrams on the back of the box.

4. Clean up the test bar and put the tester back into the box.
